As a pitching coach, Precious busts norms and shifts perspectives to help teams own their "awesome" and bring out their "wow" factor.

Beyond the success that Precious Williams has earned, she is vocal about her personal experiences when she went into major grief and depression. She became homeless, a severe alcoholic and suicidal. She then spent 2 years in a life transformation program and stepped back into business and has not looked back since.
